Annotate PRO - A Tool For Teachers to Create, Share, and Use Reusable Comments
Annotate PRO is a tool for educators to create, share, and use reusable comments to speed commenting and engagement while using Google Docs, Canvas, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, Microsoft Word, Schoology, Turnitin Feedback Studio, Brightspace, Blackboard, Gmail, Outlook, Moodle, Slack, and other webapps. This is very similar to how we wrote our paper. However, with a library of comments in your notes, you can edit or grade your paper on Google Docs and use them in class or for exams.
Annotate PRO is easy to use. To create a library, just search through comments for the information you want to add to your document. To use the library, simply select which comments you want to add to your document. To view your libraries, you can search through the comments. This tool is also useful for grading as it allows you to easily add comments to your paper.
For free, you can create and edit your libraries and add comments to your paper. If you want to pay for Annotate PRO, you can select to add sub-groups, analytics, forms, Google Translate, or license libraries like our College Edition. If you want to pay for a library like our College Edition, you can create unlimited libraries.
